Bumbs Ahead

In certain areas of Finland there are Swedish-speaking communities. For their information there are these traffic signs warning about road bumbs.
The first four letters in the lowest sign do mean 'speed' and 'hinder' means the same as in English, so this sign is not meant to ward off those of flatulent disposition.
