When's bin day around here?

Two overflowing recycling bins I passed at the Gyle one my way to work. Perhaps if the council concentrated more on looking after the city environment and less on foisting an ill conceived and badly planned tram line on it then this wouldn't happen so often. I took this whilst on the phone so am amazed it isn't squint. Apologies to everyone, I will catch up on your posts and comments tomorrow, I'm exhausted tonight.
