In front of the Eiffel Tower.

Words can hardly express the joy of flying from Cardiff Airport (CWL). The airport is roughly 20 miles or 30 kilometres from home - about 40 minutes drive. We can park the car, get a little bus to the airport and be checked in in about an hour of leaving home. Compared to other international airports, Cardiff is tiny. It has one terminal and very few shops. It provides a most calm and relaxed approach to air travel.

This weekend we flew to Paris for a weekend teaching on 'L'énergie des émotions comme pratique spirituelle' ('The energy of emotions as a spiritual practice'). The journey was entirely uneventful and we came into Paris on time.

Whilst we waited to be picked up I took the opportunity of a photograph of Nor'dzin in front of a picture of the Eiffel Tower - just in case we didn't get the chance to see the real thing. This created a wonderful moment of humour as a gentleman collecting trolleys zoomed between us and struck a pose for the camera (a photograph I entirely failed to capture). It was delightful to have such an opportunity to share a moment of fun on our arrival in Paris.
