Caraway

There are just some spices on my spice rack that never get used. Caraway is one of those spices.

Recipes just never call for it. I'm not sure how it made its way on to the list of
"Must Haves" for a basic spice rack. Spices that I use quite often not included on that list: ginger, nutmeg, & allspice for instance might have been better selections. Other rarely used spices included in the "Must Haves" list: celery seed, corriander, and bay leaf.
