Flying visit

I got my blood test results this morning. I am quite anaemic and I am showing signs of an under-active thyroid.
So I am on iron supplements for the next six months and then I'll be reassessed. My doctor is happy to monitor the other issue in the meantime. I've no idea if any of this is the cause of my headaches which was the point of taking the blood test.
Into work for a late shift with a break to meet this American visitor (L). She is a friend of E (of E&S) and I had a hat for her to collect that E had ordered and had delivered to my address. This is not the hat.
