I’ve seen the light

As dawn crept around the bedroom curtains.

I’ve not been so good this week with differing effects of fibromyalgia and really didn’t need it being topped off with zero sleep overnight.

Non of the calming stories and music I often listen to to send me off to the land of nod worked. Not even my favourite, Drifting off to sheep!

First day back at work so no chance of a day time nap and really looking forward to bed time.
