Elderflower

Cordial, champagne, gooseberry and elderflower mousse .....  

There was a lot of smoke coming from down the valley.  Apparently a neighbouring farmer was having his forager repaired and it caught fire at the welder's shed.  We just hope it can be saved and that the shed doesn't burn with it ....
