Stairway.....

...denied!

A visit to St. Matthias brought an impromptu visit from a rather excited spaniel. The barking and the bleating of it's master's sheep nicely counterpointing the peaceful space in the ancient church.

After a minutes reflection on the power of numbers, even in a sacred space, my less excited dog snuffled off down the road to the marshes.
