Partial Solace...

The high winds that were buffeting Dublin this morning had started to ease when I left the Helix at DCU to go to the airport for the flight back to Glasgow.

But having eventually made it to the Departure lounge we were suddenly told about a two hour delay. In the end we left two and a half hours late.

There was however partial solace to be had in the Irish nature poems which were part of the gate decoration , including this.
