Something Fallen

A continuation of 'Something lost' on the 14th October.

I was interested by the red tones in the leaf, as they were close to that of the road surface. This gave the illusion that the leaf was fading into the road - the yellow line however makes it noticeable, and that attracted me to it. I always look around when I'm out and about, because I may just notice something interesting. Leaves are something we walk by every day - particularly at this time of year - so it's important to be conscious sometimes of what we take for granted.
