The Sawing of the Suitcase

There was a good few of the family flying to Scotland and all our decent travel bags were used up. I ended up with a seriously shabby suitcase. It has a few rips, a loose, leather grip for carrying and it's plastic, pull up handle was broken altogether. The wheels were therefore unnecessary and they took the suitcase over the max size for carry on luggage. The only thing was removal. My friend is fairly handy with a saw and and angle grinder (which came out later) so the four wheels had to go.
All went well except when I was going through the airport I realised how useful being able to wheel around your case really is. I think it is time to look for a new suitcase.
