Argyll Road Trip

Considering the frequent showers throughout the day, the girls and I were extremely lucky to time our stops at the Loch Fyne Oyster Bar (lunch), Tighnabruaich (coffee and cake) and Kilbride Bay (walk) during the few dry spells.

This was the most glorious expanse of beach we managed to find, with a view across to Arran. The distant figures are Lulabel and Mabel.

The extra shows our first glimpse of the bay as we came over the dunes, with D#2 and her little ginger shadow desperate to run over the sand towards the water.
