Old Basin House

I don't think I have blipped this derelict house before but I keep passing it and in fact parking next to it.

It was built in the 1790s and has a great view of the canal.   The owner was Hugh Baird who owned a lot of businesses in the area including the Tavern just across the bridge from here.  Its been derelict for as long as I rememebr although I see it has a tlevision aerial.
