Day 5 : Sweden v South Korea

Well, my husband called me a Muppet today, as I turned into a Swedish chef making Swedish meatballs flavoured with cardomom and nutmeg.
I actually was a bit of a muppet as, after taking this photo and starting to eat them, I suddenly realised I had forgotten to add sour cream to the sauce and serve them with the redcurrant jelly which I’d bought this morning! So the sauce is now a lighter colour and the whole dish tastier.
