Over the sea to Skye

This is the view from the front of the new Distillery on Raasay. It’s something I worked on for a year or so and it’s great to see it completed.

Long but straightforward drive up for me and Ruby. The rain stayed away while we were on the ferry so we could stand on deck but it started hammering down again as we arrived.

A big dinner in the Raasay hotel and then a much needed walk back to the B&B. Ruby is a bit gobsmacked by the drama. And the silence. I didn’t even shout in the guest lounge when Harry Kane scored the winner.
