Red red red

This evening I went on an impromptu walk with my son which turned into an hour of exploring! He was on the hunt for more caterpillars but we didn’t find one!

We did find this butterfly and this red leaf and I thought they made a nice collage!

Today I started listening to my mindfulness book again which is a wonderful reminder of many things... this quote stood out in my listening and so I wanted to share it!

“The thought manifests as the word
The word manifests as the deed
The deed develops into habit
And habit harden into character
So watch the thought and it’s ways with care and let it spring from love born out of concern for all beings.”
