The "Pink" family

Last year a Pekin duck was re-homed on the castle moat by the children of Gobowen School (that is the next village to us). He had not got on well with the other ducks so a new home was needed. He was brought here and christened Mr. Pink by the children.

He settled in very well and was always to be found with a large white duck that was also a resident.

"Mr. Pink" now has a fine family of five ducklings so I think that Mr. Pink  must be a Mrs. Pink!
