But, then again . . . . .

70 Years, 70 Quilts.

I thought that it would be nice to share this Blip, taken by Her Good Self, of this lovely young lady. She was born 70 years ago, a three pound premature baby, and, although not a regular Linus member, she gave herself the challenge to commemorate her seventieth year by making 70 quilts for the Prem Baby Unit at the Sick Kids. Today, she presented them to the Edinburgh Linus Quilt Group for delivery to the hospital, each one beautifully made, neatly ironed, folded and tied up with a ribbon. I’m always glad to give the Linus movement a bit of publicity, particularly when there’s a nice wee story to go with it.

I've just posted yesterday's, "Nelly to the Rescue."
