Palermo Cathedral from the Roof

Founded in 1184, and displaying many different architectural styles, Gothic Norman, Catalan and Islamic influences, and containing Royal tombs, treasures and artefacts, Palermo cathedral is a fascinating place. One church is enough for us though , so after looking around we walked down to the harbour where there were some big yachts, had a nice lunch and then because it was so hot , treated ourselves to a taxi to go to the catacombs which were very weird.
