What a day

I don't normally let her sit on the table to have her lunch but I just couldn't face another argument. Esther has been truly awful today. I just couldn't do anything right.

Kate and Sian came round at lunch for a much needed catch up and she behaved, thanks to Kate bringing her a Peppa Pig magazine. But evil Esther soon returned once they left.

Reasons to be cheerful:
Lovely work friends who I look forward to seeing more of when I return. It must be awful to return to a job you don't like after maternity leave. It's hard enough even when you enjoy work.
