Beltane Time

The shows have turned up for Beltane. We had a walk down to the park to watch. One or two of them were looking rather queasy on some of the rides.

We had an interesting day at work today. It was the staff conference and this year the subject was Working Well: Putting wellbeing and positive mental health first. We had a couple of excellent speakers and there were workshops to attend - my favourite was a session run by the leader of a rock choir - brilliant!
