Back George Street

To Salford this afternoon for a CHOBE workshop. We went into Manchester for a meal and walked past this street. My friend Jane says this dates from when there was back to back housing. So presumably this was the back of George Street. Not quite sure what has been going on with the construction - some unusual maintenance.
