a space taxi
to fly into view
and a robot
to come and take my order:

‘I’d like goldfish muscle
coated in fetal bovine serum
with blue algae synthetic shrimp
followed by virus resistant pork
with 3D-printed broccoli,
parsnips and pink potatoes
and a large glass of ‘Impossibly Red’
Shiraz, please.’
