The saga continues.

No lamppost yet - but they did manage to break into my drains as they excavated the cable trench for the lighting cable for subsequent lampposts down the street.
This resulted in more yellow jackets attending from Council, more instructions, more activity..... and mess. The remedial work was done satisfactorily the next day.
