If Carlsberg Did Ice Skating Bruises ...

Today was H’s football team end of season day out to Telford Ice Rink. It’s been about 30 years since I last went but I thought I’d soon get back into it, which I did, for a while. Then I had what my children would call an epic fail. I caught the front of my skate which sent me down on to my knee and then flat on to the ice. H couldn’t contain her laughter. I have a very impressive bruise coming up now.
