    (extra - my sense of distance is surely improving - 6' and F4 - bingo!  have been finishing a book, sort of memoir really, by Patricia Hampl, The Art of the Wasted Day - if you read it you will have a whole new outlook on slowing down and ----this guy has some of the feeling I have had while pondering her words)
