Where are the birds

This bird feeder was given to me over two years ago. Finally got a stand built for it and eventually got it attached to the terrace. It was put up last Wednesday morning and I waited and I waited, it’s now Sunday night and still not a bird coming to visit. They are out there in the trees, what am I doing wrong.
