Quick wash and brush
up for the rooms that haven't been done yet and a re-paint for the kitchen. Fascinating watching a professional at work - much more efficient in their work processes than me - fill all holes in 4 rooms; rub down all paintwork to be eggshelled; paint all white ceilings (2 coats); emulsion all walls - 2 coats (3 rooms in calico; 1 in ecru); eggshell (old englsh cream) all windows - 2 coats so dry before they leave; eggshell all skirtings and architraves - 2 coats.
Job done = 3 days
