Almost on Queen Street

Rained heavily last evening and overnight, and I anticipated having to travel to work by car. No rain when I got up and started breakfast, and I was cheerfully preparing to ride my bike, when the skies opened once more. And continued to do so. 

On the way home (by car), I saw this decorated panel outside some sort of restaurant. Sitting at the lights, what else was a blipper supposed to do?

Main task today was checking applications by staff wanting to continue as a Duly Authorised Officer. I think I'll formalise the process a little more  in the hope that will lessen the number of incomplete applications next time.
