Stalagmites and Stalagtites

Just wanted to share some fabulous pictures of St Michael’s Cave we visited yesterday in Gibraltar. It was absolutely stunning I’ve never seen anything quite like it with stalagtites growing down and actually joining with upward growing stalagtites to form huge structures. They hold ‘underground’ concerts here hence all the lights - I’d love to see one of them, I bet the sound is amazing.
