Pigeon watch

A long and very hot day today so it was a relief to get home to Bailey and sit in the garden for a while. Bailey was watching the pesky pigeons which have taken a liking to the bird feeders but can't really get at anything. I don't think Bailey staring at them is going to be much discouragement. 

A long day up to this point, inducting our new Year 7s for September. They appear to be a very lovely bunch and have responded really well to all of their activities today which bodes well. Lots of helpful staff today as well made for a positive - if knackering - start to the week. Long may the positivity continue because it's going to be a long week.
