Light and a Spider

What a hot one! So glad I walked the dogs early! Breakfast with Mrs A S out on the deck this morning.
To hot and to many "clegs" to work outside!  Until evening by which time I was cooking tea!
Spotted the light on the scales of the spent Iris stems. When I looked closer there was the spider and web as well! Couldn't  make up my mind so there is a mono in extras!
