Power

Two days in a row - Na'iema and her mom came by today to do some laundry and Josie had a project for us - she brought 5 yards of knit fabric to make a baby carrier.  Now I am an avid quilter, but my sewing talents pretty much end after that.  For those of you who don't sew, knit fabric is one of the hardest to get straight and pucker-free.  It was a pretty simple project though and we did get one completed.  Without the use of the "Power" sewing machine, it would have been a lot harder!
