Baked...

It always amazes me how popular fruitcake is...it's one of those things that you either love or hate. Everyone around here seems to love it, maybe it's the litre of brandy soaked up in the fruit!
You haven't seen the end of these babies...they still need jazzing up with some cellophane and pretty ribbon!
