Today I went to Barnstaple. I'm struggling with the windy, hilly, narrow roads and the fact that anything important (bank, council, even a branch of Superdrug!) is 40 minutes drive away, mostly along the aforementioned roads!
However, I got what I needed and sat by the river to eat my lunch, which was lovely.
I need to live on my own.
