Sick

I woke up feeling a bit nauseous but chalked it up to tiredness and made my way to work anyways. Once there, I attempted to teach, but had to run out to the ladies’ room... so the students got an unexpected morning off, as I sent them home with some work to do, and I called in a friend to help me get back home.

The thing is that when you’re teaching the summer term, it’s not easy to get replaced if you’re sick. So I still attempted to work, did some exam writing and grading. I still don’t know if I’ll be ok tomorrow morning, but I haven’t managed to reach anyone to see if someone can replace me...
