A sudoku puzzle.

I like to try one everynight as they tend to send me to sleep.

I like doing these cos they are about the only puzzle I can do. Sometimes it takes me three or four nights to complete one because I do fall asleep. Sometimes the numbers stand out, others are not quite so obvious.

Tonight I've finished another puzzle, so its bedtime. GOODNIGHT
