When I found out this man was working in Dunbar on the Fishermen's Monument, I thought it would have been rude not to say hello.

So I did.

As I approached the high-vis clad figure who was working intently on the stonework, I wasn't sure of the etiquette: should I address him as "Mr Shearer69" or "'im indoors esquire"?

Turned out neither was his actual name, strangely enough.

He's done his best to preserve his dark blip persona, but behind that mesh, I do believe he's smiling.
