I think we need more bins.

Most of us at some stage have had the unpleasant experience of stepping on a dog poo left on the pavement , irresponsible we know but what baffles me also is why dog owners do in fact bag thier dogs poo but then just leave it there on the pavement or place it on someone's wall of thier house.
