Beck Bottom

A dull start with mist off the sea, clearing to give a beautiful day.

Alan spoke to one of the neighbours early morning and in typical Yorkshire fashion he said 'Has the sea fret got warmer, we don't do heatwaves here'.   I had to smile when he told me.

Took Holly for her trim etc this morning and had an hour and half to kill, so Alan called at a barbers nearby.   His was 10 minutes and £6, Holly £25!!!   Mind you she has a lot more hair!!

Took this lovely footpath this afternoon and extra looks like a young bird (no idea what kind) just perched there for ages.
