A special blip meet me

And I started blipping at about the same time. I’ve met her several times before and when she knew that we were in Scotland we arranged to meet.

We met near the Queen’s View and went for a lovely walk in the woods above the loch.

It was lovely to see Bruce and Cara again and also meet Peter.

In the extras you can see the restored Iron Age Black House. So-called because there wasn’t a chimney so the insides would have been black. The foxgloves were growing in its roof. And you can also see Peter, and Bruce and Cara waiting for The Wren to give them a treat. And Cara having a good shake in the burn having previously been very black from a muddy pool.

As Cara was still quite muddy we all drove into Pitlochry so that Cara could swim in Faskally Loch and get clean before the journey home.

While we sat there a salmon leapt from the water and I missed it.

A huge thank you to The Wren and Peter for driving all that way. Looking forward to meeting up next year.
