Notes: Felt out of it all day but went out for errands - watch battery, Target, swim suit store and then met with Dave & Mel for over an hour. This is their Ironman broadcasting studio they're re-arranging the office for. Stopped at Safeway on way home for salmon and few misc things. Quiet rest of the day, grilled salmon and zucchini with bread.
