A spot of shade

Took a few minutes out at lunchtime to find some fresh air and shade. This glorious arbour is a centre piece of the garden at the hospice.

I had the day off yesterday in the hope that breaking up the working week would help my pain and energy levels. Going by how I feel after yesterday that doesn’t work. A painful night with little sleep did little for either.

On the plus point the For Sale sign went up at home today and the first viewing is tomorrow with a further 3 booked in for Saturday. Fingers crossed it all works out in the end. So much to consider.
