An alien in Edinburgh

Today we took the train to Edinburgh to meet up with friends- I don’t think I can remember being so hot in our capital city with mercury I suspect reaching at least 30 C ( I noticed Glasgow was slightly higher at 32C).

No sooner had we arrived than Mrs AMK had to acquaint herself with one of these street statues in Princes St - she does it everywhere we go !! She always has a word with them , has her photo taken and needless to say some money goes in their collecting jar.
