Baking Again

That's as much a description of the weather outside as of what I've been up to in the kitchen today. But it's a good day for making bread, as the dough rises comfortably at room temperature. This is a multiseed loaf with added fennel and pumpkin seeds. I tried putting a bread stencil onto it, wasn't very satisfied with the result so brushed it off - but you can still see a faint outline of it.
