Lazing on a sunny afternoon

This morning we zipped off on the motorbikes to Stromness. We wanted to say our farewell to Silverback and his Beautiful Legs. We caught up with them in the queue for the ferry as they waited to vacate Orkney and squoze in another couple of their special, super warm hugs.

A quick pop into the In-Laws for coffee and introductions with visiting family then home to get the dogs out a walk. We walked at Warbeth so I could slather Billy in sunscreen and feed Speedy Pants her supplements. Wandering on with the dogs, we encouraged them to run in the open meadows but it was too hot and as soon as we sent them off they lay down.

This evening we are out for curry with the Prentice/Flett Clan.
