This Way Please

I’ve had a cough and cold for the past 2 weeks so not been up to much running. But when the call came for volunteers to help at this weeks Parkrun I raised my hand. And that of the teenager too.
So we had marshal roles out in the track which mostly involved giving encouragement to the very hot and determined runners. I was pleased I wasn’t running but do need to get back to it. May be next week.
