Warehouse

This is just along from the unit that I have recently taken over. I am still not able to get started on the work inside to make it ready for use. There is a fair amount of water getting in when it rains. The landlord doesn't seem to be in too much of a hurry to sort it. I am not paying any rent until the problems have been rectified so its his loss as much as its mine. Still annoying though.
