Shadows at the Met Museum

It's the Metropolitan in NYC, late in the afternoon, in a panorama merged from two horizontal images.  It's broader and altogether quite a different take on the same scene from the blip I posted a year ago. The morning was devoted to recovering from yesterday's wonderful but tiring marriage celebration. The Met visit was relatively brief-- just me and mostly print and photo galleries. Most notable were videos by  William Wegman, who has made a career photographing dogs--especially his Weimaraner Man Ray; Wegman recently donated his videos to the Met--174 of them, all short; a 90 minute selection is currently showing (I did not sit through all; some were very entertaining). Very hot today (90˚F/36˚C), but not humid and thus relatively bearable for me.
