More stones

A dull taliot was followed by the impressive Talati de Dalt site near Mao - a site I imagine the locals treat as one of their flagship sites. Two more navetta that were not signposted at all were followed by the truly impressive Talati de Galmes. This site had everything and hardly any people. The highlight for me was this post-taliotic house, equivalent to our Iron Age, in a circular shape with five pillars - for some reason they always have five - breaking the area up into radial rooms and always with a patio. Life might even have been quite comfortable although it all came to an end in 123 BC when the Romans arrived.
The evening as spent in a tapas restaurant watching England play some pretty rubbish football.
